Customers need to go through the following steps to withdraw money from the platform：

1. Client requests on client portal

2. DAUS will review and analyze the available fund to withdraw

3. Client checks status changed on client portal or trading platform from pending to approved.

4. Prepare to receive fund up to five business days with Approved status online.
